Evergreen Farms began in the mid 70's as a small wholesale nursery in midcoast Maine.  The forests of lush, fragrant balsam fir that surround the farm made the transition to a seasonal wreath and greens business a natural fit.  In the beginning, wreaths were made in local homes where families gathered around woodstoves. As demand increased, the business was moved to a number of larger buildings over the years.  A new building now houses the wreath production at the farm, giving us ample space to meet shipping and production needs for the holiday season.  Many thousands of wreaths leave here in the weeks before Christmas.  Each wreath is made with handpicked balsam fir. Many of our wreathmakers have been producing quality wreaths over 25 years. Our mail order wreath is about 2 feet in diameter. Our wreaths are "MAINE QUALITY" double-faced that your fund raising organization or corporation will be proud to promote or to give as a gift.
